Robert Garcia

Refugio- Robert Garcia, 50, died Saturday, June 21, 2008. He was born Feb. 24, 1958, in Goliad, to Victor and Tomasita Gonzales Garcia. He was employed by Tetra Applied Technologies, LLC. He served in the U.S. Army infantry.

He is survived by his father, Victor Garcia of Cuero; mother, Tomasita Gonzales of Refugio; girlfriend, Frankie Elma of Refugio; son, Roberto (Phatso) Garcia Jr. of Cuero; brothers, Ruben Garcia of Cuero, Ray Garcia of Cuero, Ismael Garcia of Refugio, Victoria Garcia Jr. of Refugio, and Freddy Garcia of Austin; and sister, Sonia Barrera of Austin.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Ida Garcia and Irene Garcia.

Services were held at 10 a.m., June 24, at Moore Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed at Holy Cross Cemetery.
