Wildcats baseball team ends preseason, 1-5

The Wildcats baseball team were to travel to Hawkins on March 13 for their last preseason game. However, the Hawkins team only had two ball players to play due to spring break so they had to forfeit. Yorktown ended their preseason with 1-5.  

On March 19 the Wildcats played Shiner for their first district game at home and will play away against Weimar on March 22.
