Wildcats play last home game

On April 12 the Wildcats played their last home game against Weimar and lost 14-1.
The one run scored was a gutsy call by Coach Justin Havard. With runners on first and second base, Havard gave the sign for second base runner, Lane Strieber, to steal. At the wind-up Strieber made a dart for third base. Weimar’s catcher made the attempt to throw him out at third but it was high and Havard sent Strieber home.
The Wildcats baseball team traveled to Shiner on April 9 for a loss, 15-0 in five innings.
The Wildcats play Louise on Friday, April 19 in Louise.
