   Emily Broll, age 80, of San Antonio, passed away on July 11, 2013 after a long struggle with Alzheimer’s disease. 
   She was born in Kosciusko, Texas on Sept. 30, 1932 to Vincent and Victoria (Felux) Laskowski. 
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Mike V. Broll; parents; brother, Fabian Laskowski; sister, Irene Moczygemba. 
   On June 23, 1959, she married Mike V. Broll. Emily was respected by so many for great passion for prayer. 
   She is survived by her loving daughters, Dolores Neugebauer and husband Robert, Barbara Pawelek and husband  Kenneth, and Kathy Voigt and husband Larry; grandchildren, Katrina Neugebauer, Ashley Neugebauer, Nathan Neugebauer, Amber Byrom, Kenny Byrom, Amanda Pawelek, Brooke Pawelek, Cassandra Pawelek, Luke Voigt, and Kaitlyn Voigt; brothers and sisters, Esibuis Laskowski, Olivia Scaramozi, Agnes Laskowski, Felix and Genieve Laskowski, Dorothy and Martin Yanta, Pat and Richard Verstreten; numerous nieces, nephews and many loving friends. 
   The Broll family would like to extend a special thank you to Esplanade Gardens staff for their compassion and care of Emily. 
   Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 14 from 5-9 p.m. at the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary CatholicChurch in St. Hedwig, Texas. A rosary was recited at 7 p.m.. Funeral Mass will be held Monday, July 15, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. at The Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church at St. Hedwig, Texas. Father Ricardo Hernandez to officiate with interment to follow at the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Yorktown.
