Bishop Park dedicated

Chisholm Trail Heritage Museum will open its doors to the public Nov. 22. But prior to that event, the museum celebrated the opening of George Bishop Park Saturday morning.

When plans were made several years ago to turn the original Knights of Pythias Hall  into Chisholm Trail Heritage Museum, work began on the developing the remainder of the block.
 
Partnering with St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Cuero Development Corporation, City of Cuero and GeoSouthern Energy’s vice president Meg Molleston and owner George and Kathy Bishop, the parking area and surrounding green space became a landscape project.
