Friday, Jan. 3, 2014 is the first day the DeWitt County Elections Office can begin accepting applications for ballot by mail for the upcoming March 4, 2014 primary election. 
 
The following people may vote early by mail: those 65 years of age or older; those with a disability; those with an expected absence from the county; those confined in jail; address confidentiality program participants
 
Friday, Feb. 21, 2014 is the last day the DeWitt County Elections Office can receive applications for ballot by mail for the upcoming March 4, 2014 primary election. 
 
The mailing address for the office is: P.O. Box 169, Cuero, TX 77954. Contact Patty Strieber, DeWitt County elections administrator, at 361-275-0859 for additional application for ballot by mail information.
