It was a game that may be talked about for years to come as the boy’s basketball coaches from Nordheim and Austwell-Tivoli stood silently for one minute 48 seconds to run out the clock. 
 
Nordheim, with only six players, played their first district game against the Austwell-Tivoli Redfish on Jan. 31 at home. It was the first time that all members of the team were eligible due to grades.
 
Both teams came out and played hard ending the first period with Nordheim behind 10-12.
 
In the second period the Pirates made plenty attempts to score but they were no where near the basket. The Redfish outscored the Pirates 13-20.
