Flores inducted into UIW honor society

Jennifer Lynn Flores, a freshman at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, was inducted into the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society of The University of the Incarnate Word (UIW) on Saturday, Feb. 22.  
 
Eligibility for membership in Alpha Lambda Delta is based on a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher and placement in the top 20 percent of a student’s class during the first term or year of college while a student is enrolled full time.  
 
Jennifer maintained a grade point average of 3.8 at the completion of her first term at  University of the Incarnate Word.  While attending UIW, Jennifer is majoring in convergent media.  
 
Jennifer is the daughter of Jesse and Margaret Flores and the granddaughter of Guadalupe Ochoa, Janie Vargas and Henry Vargas.
