Trustees discuss junior high expansion

Renovations at Cuero Intermediate and additions to Cuero Junior High were part of the discussion by Cuero School District trustees during a special session last week.
The district’s architect, Bo Ledoux of Claycomb Associates, presented proposed designs for the campus improvements. He described a new classroom wing at CJHS and renovation plans at CIS.
When these improvements are completed, the district plans to move sixth grade from CIS to CJHS. The new wing at CJHS would be primarily for eighth grade.
