Coach keeps calm in loss to Runge

 

There must be something special about a coach who can keep their composure in the midst of what looks like a disaster.
 
The Yorktown Wildcats took a whiplash playing Runge at home on March 10 losing 3-18.
 
In the first inning Runge scored 15 runs. It was not any one person’s fault.
 
In the previous six games, Yorktown had a total of 36 errors against their opponent’s total of three. On the flip side Yorktown is doing better this year batting with 29 hits total in the previous games. A big part can be explained that there is no senior little league or pony league after sixth grade.
