Cuero Community Hospital is more than a place where people go to heal, it is a part of the community that fosters health and represents hope. From providing treatment and comfort to the sick, to welcoming new life into the world, it is vital to a healthy and optimistic community. This week we invite you to join us in saluting our hospital, and celebrating our 122 year history of healthcare in Cuero. It began with the opening of the Salome Hospital in the late 1800s and progressed with the culmination of the Cuero Burns and Stratton hospitals in 1970 to form the Cuero Community Hospital. This week is a tribute to the more than 350 dedicated professionals that make our facility outstanding.
National Hospital Week, May 11– 17, is celebrated across the country, recognizing the hard working people that make trustworthy, reliable health care possible.
