City of Cuero revises utility bill

To better serve customers, the City of Cuero introduces a revised utility bill. The revised bill has detailed electric charges to show the exact rate charge customers are paying for base charges, term charges (city charge per kWh), and the power cost (per kWh). The full page statement also features convenient account information including meter usage with a new section for multipliers, the “Did You Know?” section for special monthly messages, and a 12-month rolling graph of water and electric charges. The statement includes a payment coupon along the bottom of the statement to and a return envelope for customers to return payments in by mail.
The city offers several ways for customers to pay their bills at no extra cost: Online payments are available at https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/cuerotx; by bank draft to have the balance drafted from a checking/savings account on the due date; by mail to City of Cuero Utilities, P.O. Box 848, Cuero, TX 77954; in person at City Hall at 212 E Main Street, Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Drive-thru access through the alley behind City Hall, Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; night drop at the end of the alley behind City Hall (available 24 hours).
