She retired from Champion International Papers (Federal Envelope Company) with 38 years of service. She enjoyed the outdoors, camping in the tent trailer and in later years as her health declined in the motorhome. She enjoyed fishing, deer hunting and dove hunting. She was very organized and pursued her passions with great determination. She would spend months mapping out travel itineraries for summer vacations. She and her late husband also shared the hobby of metal detecting, bowling and keeping the property at Kosciusko looking like a park. Her greatest joy in recent years has been spending time with her great grandchildren.
