Reitz family thanks all for expressions

Dear Editor,
The family of Dennis Reitz expresses their heartfelt thanks to all who sent cards, plants and flowers, attended the visitation and funeral, and gave a memorial in his memory.
Special thanks to Pastor C.B. Suggs for being there for our family during this difficult time and to the wonderful members of St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church and the Weesatche community for providing food and assistance for the reception following the service. The gift or service to others is always very touching and truly appreciated.
Thank you to those who served as pallbearers and honorary pallbearers.

Grace Episcopal Church Fourth of July was wonderful

Dear Editor,
The Grace Episcopal Church Fourth of July carnvial was a wonderful success this year. On behalf of our church, we would like to thank everyone for helping us to bring this event to the community.
Bobby Schley once again led the Young Patriots’ Parade followed by the crowd singing the National Anthem together and reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. Everyone was dressed in red, white, and blue and there were lots of smiles and laughter and some good old-fashioned, wholesome, family fun.
Sincerely,
Kerry Rhotenberry
