Paul Duncan Harris III

Paul Duncan Harris III, 83 years, passed away at Nags Head, North Carolina on Friday, December 19, 2014, after a lengthy illness. 
 
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Peggy Kasper Harris, formerly of Cuero, Texas, a son, Charles Lee Harris of Virginia, two daughters, Leah Lynn Stafford and Catherine Suzanne Harris of Colorado, eight grandsons, one granddaughter, two great-grandchildren, and his sister, Jeanne Harris Bruck of Arizona.
 
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Leonard and Gertrude Milmine Harris, a daughter, Paulette Dee Fogle, and a granddaughter, Suzanne Harris.

Bertha Irene Kozielski Moczygemba

Bertha Irene Kozielski Moczygemba, 94, of Yorktown, passed away Friday, Jan. 23, 2015. She was born Aug. 17, 1920, in Yorktown, to the late Robert P. and Victoria Henkes Kozielski.
 
Bertha is survived by her husband, Alex J. “A.J.” Moczygemba of Yorktown; son, David Moczygemba of Yoakum; daughter, Joyce Marie Schellpepper of Cuero; grandchildren, Bridget Hairell of Yoakum, Susan Hoelscher of Ingleside and Bonnie German of Columbus; two great-grandchildren; one great­-great-grandchild; sister, Nora Kolodziejczyk; numerous nieces and nephews.
 
Visitation is 1­-8 p.m. with a Rosary at 6 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25, 2015, at Finch Funeral Chapel.
 
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 26, 2015, at Holy Cross Catholic Church with Father Roger Hawes officiating. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
 
Memorial contributions may be made by way of masses.

Louis C. Brandt

 

Louis C. Brandt, 80, passed away January 15, 2015. He was born January 4, 1935 in Dewitt County to Louis Henry and Edna (Stehle) Brandt. He married Barabara Essary on April 4, 1959 in Refugio County. He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church and a retired oilfield compressor mechanic.
 
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Brandt of Beeville; children, Garland (Wanita) Brandt Ulysses, Kansas, Brenda (Wes) Williams of Refugio, Sheila Brandt of Yorktown; 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
 
A graveside service was held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, January 18, 2015 at Glenwood Cemetery in Beeville.
