Frances Clara Kaminski

Frances Clara Kaminski Mueller, 95, died peacefully on Monday, June 15, 2015 at Yorktown Manor in Yorktown, Texas.

Frances was born on Sept. 6, 1919 in Sealy to the late Peter and Theresa (Stolarski) Kaminski. She was the last survivor among seven siblings. As a young woman Frances moved to Yorktown to keep house for her uncle the Rev. Father Ben Kaminski at Holy Cross Catholic Church. After seven years of active parish life she met the love of her life and life-long work mate Gilbert Mueller. They were married at Holy Cross Catholic Church on April 2, 1945.

Frances & Gilbert lived in Nordheim where they raised their children Norbert G. Mueller and Lana Kay Podsim. They worked side by side on their family farm until Gilbert’s death on May 11, 2006, after 61 years of marriage. Frances remained in the family home until failing health made it necessary for her to move to Yorktown Manor in July 2014.
