Freda Karnei Bruns, 82, of Weesatche, TX died Saturday Sept. 5, 2009. She was born in Goliad County, Texas to the late Ronald and Mary Pfenninger Karnei. She was a member of St. Andrews Lutheran Church.

Freda Karnei Bruns, 82, of Weesatche, TX died Saturday Sept. 5, 2009. She was born in Goliad County, Texas to the late Ronald and Mary Pfenninger Karnei. She was a member of St. Andrews Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her husband Rerett Bruns of Weesatche, daughter Janet Tietz of Cuero, son Van Bruns of Orange Grove, seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and brothers James Karnei and Henry Karnei.
She is preceded in death by her parents and sisters Waldien Harman and Hertha Chapman.
Visitation will be 6-8 pm Monday Sept 7, 2009 at Finch Funeral Chapel-Yorktown. Funeral service will be 10 am Tuesday Sept 8, 2009 at Finch Funeral Chapel-Yorktown with C.B. Suggs S.A.M. officiating. Interment will be at St. Andrews Lutheran Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jason Tietz, Van Bruns Jr., Joshua Blank, Michael Emmons, Henry Karnei Jr. Dwane Bruns and Dennie Burns.
Memorials can be made to St. Andrews Lutheran Church.
