Gun raffle: A huge success
The DeWitt County Go Texan committee recently raffled off 12 guns for one of their annual fundraising events. The drawing was held on Thursday, December 7, 2017. The gun raffle fundraising event is held to help build funds for the DeWitt County Go Texan scholarship program.
As a result of the gun raffle and other Go Texan fundraising events, the committee has been able to give out $45,000 worth of scholarships to DeWitt County graduating seniors over the past 3 years!
