Friday night, the Yorktown Wildcats  finished their regular season schedule with a 48-27 win over the Ganado Indians.

All night long, both teams fought hard to maintain control as the momentum swung back and forth like a pendulum clocking the minutes left in both teams playoffs hopes. When the final second ticked off, Yorktown held the winning hand.

The first quarter was all Yorktown, as they announced their presence with the first touch down less than 2 minutes into the game. Cruz Medina would gain half his stats for the night in just the first quarter. Going 2 of 3 on the point after kicks, Median helped the Wildcats end the first with a lead of 20-0.
